5BOOKING:
Reservations at The Yellowwood – Nashville Indiana must be guaranteed with payment in full at the time of the reservation. Acceptable payment forms are Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We strongly recommend against using a debit card for payment. Your card will be charged at the time you make the reservation. The Yellowwood – Nashville Indiana is not liable for any fees incurred if you do not have sufficient funds in your account and are over drawn. Your card on file will also be used for any additional charges such as room add on’s or damages.
All rates are subject to state and local taxes and fees.
CHECK IN/OUT
Check in: Anytime after 4:00pm (Eastern Time) While we work to make sure all hot tubs are at full temperature by 4:00pm there are times that deep cleaning/maintence will affect the temperature.
Check out: 11:00am Check out time is strictly enforced to ensure proper time to clean/maintain the hot tubs. Guests will be assessed a $50.00 fee per 1/2 hour of overage.
The suites/cabins at The Yellowwood – Nashville Indiana all have electronic key pads on the doors. You will receive your personal key code via email one day in advance of your stay. You may use the key code to enter your room anytime after 4:00pm the day of your reservation. Early check in is only available with written consent given the day of your scheduled arrival. Feel free to email info@theyellowwwood.com to inquire about early check in.
CANCELLATION:
All suites and cabins at The Yellowwood – Nashville Indiana require a 10 day written advance notice to cancel (except during peak season/holidays). Guests providing a written notice ten days in advance will receive a full refund minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Re-scheduling of dates is available subject to management approval.

If you need to cancel during any non-cancel time frame we will do our best to re-book your room. If and only if we re-book your room we will refund your card after the check out date of your stay minus a $50 cancellation fee. Any room not re-booked will be charged in full.
If you have ordered outside services such as couples massages, wedding packages, flowers etc. we cannot offer any refunds on these items as they are provided by outside vendors.
PETS
While we love pets at The Yellowwood – Nashville Indiana, we do not allow them to stay at our properties for all guests enjoyment. There are boarding facilities in and around Nashville Indiana, Brown County and Bloomington Indiana. We love www.trydoghouse.com or www.bloomingpaws.net Bringing a pet into suite or cabin will incur a $200.00 cleaning fee.
SMOKING
The Yellowwood– Nashville Indiana is a smoke free environment. There is absolutely no smoking in any indoor space, and limited outdoor smoking locations secluded away from the building. We will ask guests to leave with out refund if we find they are smoking any where inside. We will also a charge a $200.00 cleaning fee.
DAMAGES
Excessive wear and tear to the room, destruction of property and hot tubs, smoking or pets in rooms will all be documented and charged appropriately.
QUIET HOURS
For all guests enjoyment we have quiet hours from 10:00pm-8:00am. We do not allow groups to gather or parties to occur in rooms. Occupancy for suites is strictly limited to 2 adults. Anyone breaking these rules will be asked to leave without refund.
MINIMUM AGE
The Yellowwood does not rent to individuals under the age of 25. ID’s must be furnished upon
request. If under 25 years of age, you will not be allowed to check into any Yellowwood property and all monies paid
will be forfeited. No parties are allowed, no exceptions. The individual who reserved the suite must occupy the suite for the duration of the reservation.
OCCUPANCY
The Yellowwood website indicates the maximum sleeping capacity for each suite/cabin. Exceeding the maximum capacity at any time during your stay will result in the immediate forfeiture of your occupancy with
no refund given for any unused time remaining. The occupancy limit for your property is stated on our website.
Suites/Cabins are not to be used to host any type of party or event Occupancy in use of premises shall not be such as to infringe on the quiet enjoyment of its neighbors. The use of firearms or fireworks is strictly
prohibited. Guest(s) certify that they have read carefully the limitations placed on the number of persons permitted to occupy the premises, and will abide by such limitations; if not, Guest(s) will be asked to vacate the property which will result a forfeiture of all monies paid.
TELEPHONES / INTERNET
Suites at the Yellowwood/cabins do not have a landline. Some areas of the property may not receive strong cellular service.
Our suites do have internet connectivity. We cannot guarantee an internet connection will be available due to
mechanical/equipment failures.We will do our best to troubleshoot issues and contact repair service as needed in the event your internet connection is not working correctly; however, we do not employ a technician. It is against our Policy to refund any rent because of internet related failures.
ACTS OF GOD / CONSTRUCTION NOISE
The Yellowwood shall not be liable for events beyond their control which may interfere with Guest(s)
occupancy, including but not limited to; Acts of God, acts of government agencies, fire, viral, strikes, war, inclement weather or construction noise from nearby sites. NO REBATE OR REFUND will be offered in these circumstances.
INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS:
Guest(s) agree to indemnify and save harmless Yellowwood for any theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guest(s) use and occupancy of the Yellowwood including but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or theft of property which is made, incurred or sustained by Guest(s).The terms: Agents and Owners as used in this agreement shall include their heirs, successors in interest, assigns, employees, agents and representatives where the context requires or permits. The term Guest(s) and Your as used in this agreement shall include Guest(s) heirs, successors, assigns, guests, invitees, representatives and other persons on the Yellowwood property during the Guest(s) occupancy (without regard to whether such persons have the authority under this agreement to be upon the Yellowwood property) where context require or permits.
In addition, Guest(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Yellowwood, as defined above, from and against any and all costs, expenses, attorneys’ fees, suits, liabilities, damages and claims for damages, including but not limited to, those arising out of injury or death to any Guest(s) while utilizing the property under this rental agreement.
